Super Satisfying Salmon Salad

This salad is really easy to make and very satisfying to eat on a number of levels.

  1. New potatoes

  2. Baby spinach

  3. Organic smoked salmon

  4. Red onions

  5. Sour cream

  6. Chives

Very simple ingredients with lovely textures and an explosion of flavours.

Layer your ingredients as shown in the picture and dress with the sour cream

I diluted the cream with white vinegar and added loads of chives, a little salt and black pepper to taste.
