Feelgood salad for Hungry Peeps

This is my Go-To salad whenever I'm feeling a bit down. I just love the mixture of textures and colour. It's literally a feelgood potion! Easy to make and also pretty cheap. Carrots and red cabbage for vitamins A,C and B6. Magnesium, calcium and loads of fibre......Lime juice and vegetable oil to dress, cashews for vegetable protein and coriander because I love it and that's a good enough reason !!
