A little Sunday Inspiration

I never realised when I first created my webpage just how time-consuming it would be and the beginnings have been very hit and miss. I could rename the page The Swings and Roundabouts of Everyday Life or The Trials and Tribulations of a Working Woman.... but I'm sure you know what I mean !!

In any case the whole process is thoroughly enjoyable and I'm really learning a lot and hopefully inspiring a few of you along the way 😊

Rocket, Sweet Potato and Nectarine Salad

Ingredients:

Sweet potatoes - cubed and oven roasted with a dash of oil

Green lentils - freshly cooked or ready-prepared

Rocket

Sliced red onions and Sliced nectarines
