ONE-TO-ONE COACHING is on a fortnightly basis. After the initial health history, we work together according to your needs, to create and maintain long-term lifestyle changes to enhance your overall wellness.
SHOPPING and COOKING sessions are made-to-measure one hour slots.
We look at healthy choices at the supermarket and prepare your weekly, healthy shopping.
Or, we prepare your weekly menu together and you learn how to prepare easy and delicious salads, soups, in fact anything you fancy !!
